We are excited to announce that we have a new and improved help portal to answer all your SoundStack questions!
As you probably know, previously customers would submit tickets and navigate through product documentation via the SoundStack billing portal. In an effort to modernize the help desk and be able to provide proper world class support, our team has created a dedicated help area for SoundStack customers. This area includes a bevy of new knowledge base articles and a place to submit and track any customer support tickets. In addition, you are now able to select from an array of items when submitting your tickets, to ensure that everyone gets the proper urgency for all support items.
